Serial Memory IC's

Serial memory chip cards offer an inexpensive way to store your application's data off-line. Ideally suited for use in (but not limited to) loyalty, medical and membership applications where larger amounts of data storage are required to be stored on the chip. Serial Memory chips do not offer read or write protection. We can offer memory density sizes ranging from between 1 kilobyte all the way up to 128 kilobytes. Contact us for more details.
